# Join the Good Junk Crew

Hard work, good people, and junk gone for good. We're hiring in Charleston, SC.

Good Junk is a local, owner-run, Christian-owned junk removal and dump trailer rental company. We haul junk for homeowners, landlords, and businesses around the Lowcountry, and we're growing, with Columbia, SC coming next. We're looking for reliable people who show up on time, work hard, and treat customers well.

## Crew Leader, $20/hr

- Drive the company truck and dump trailer to jobs around Charleston (clean driving record required)
- Lead the crew on each job and keep things moving
- Greet customers, walk through what's going, and leave every site clean
- Lift and load furniture, appliances, yard debris, and construction junk

**Requirements:** valid driver's license and a clean driving record, able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly, reliable transportation, comfortable talking with customers.

## Crew Helper, $16/hr

- Ride along with a Crew Leader to jobs around Charleston
- Lift, carry, and load junk into the trailer
- Help clean up and be respectful in customers' homes and businesses

**Requirements:** able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly, reliable transportation, a good attitude. No experience needed. We'll train you.

**Room to grow:** strong Helpers can move up to Crew Leader ($20/hr) as we add trucks and expand.

**Schedule:** Weekdays, plus some Saturdays.

## Straight talk

This is real physical work. Expect heavy lifting, stairs, Charleston heat, and getting dirty. If you'd rather stay busy than sit at a desk, you'll fit right in.
